Integrity PR, UAB, company registration number 111688780, with its registered office at Šv. Ignoto g. 5, Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) sets forth the conditions for the processing of personal data in this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) when using the website www.integrity.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), which is managed by the Data Controller. The terms outlined in this Privacy Policy apply each time you visit the Website, regardless of the device used (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, or others).

It is important that you carefully read the Privacy Policy, as by visiting the Data Controller’s Website, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not visit our website, nor use our content and/or services.

By submitting personal data (including data provided directly or indirectly by visiting the Website and using its services), the Data Subject agrees and does not object to the Data Controller managing and processing such data in accordance with the purposes and procedures outlined in this Privacy Policy, as well as in the consent of the Data Subject and applicable legal acts.

In this Privacy Policy, the following terms refer to the individuals as described:

Representative – an individual representing the Data Controller’s partners (service providers), both natural and legal persons.

Data Subject: The Representative, Inquirer, Client, Candidate, Caller, or any other individual whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller.

Inquirer: A natural person interested in the services provided by the Data Controller or wishing to contact the Data Controller for other matters.

Candidate: An individual participating or intending to participate in a recruitment process conducted by the Data Controller.

Client: A person who has entered into an agreement with the Data Controller for the provision of services.

Caller: An individual calling the contact number listed on the Website for service-related matters or other inquiries.

The Data Controller will collect personal data in compliance with the applicable European Union and Republic of Lithuania legal requirements, as well as instructions from regulatory authorities. The Data Controller will implement all reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the collected data from loss, unauthorized use, and alteration.

Persons under the age of 16 are prohibited from providing any personal data via the Data Controller’s Website. If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before submitting personal information.

This Privacy Policy is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other relevant European Union and Lithuanian legal acts. The terms used in this Privacy Policy are understood as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

WHAT WE DO TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

Personal data is protected from loss, unauthorized use, and alteration. We have implemented organizational and technical measures to safeguard all information collected for the purpose of providing our services. Please note, however, that while we take appropriate actions to protect your information, no website, online transaction, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure.

The Data Controller applies different retention periods for personal data in accordance with legal requirements and the purposes of processing personal data.

Personal Data Retention Periods:

Exceptions regarding retention periods may be established as long as they do not violate the rights of the Data Subjects, comply with legal requirements, and are appropriately documented.

Once the specified periods have expired, and if not extended, the data will be destroyed in a manner that prevents it from being recovered.

A Data Subject whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller has the following rights:

  • The Right to Know (to be informed) about the processing of your data;
  • The Right to Access your data and how it is processed;
  • The Right to Rectify your data, or, if necessary, complete incomplete personal data (the right to rectify);
  • The Right to Erasure or to stop the processing of your data (excluding storage) (the right to erasure and the right to be forgotten);
  • The Right to Restrict processing if there is a lawful reason (the right to restrict);
  • The Right to Data Portability, meaning that you can request that your personal data be provided to you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format;
  • The Right to Object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such marketing;
  • To lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you no longer wish for your personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes, you may send an email to [email protected] or call +370 52 685 135 to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes without providing reasons.

Any request or instruction related to personal data processing must be submitted to the Data Controller in writing through one of the following means: in person at Šv. Ignoto str. 5, Vilnius; by post to Integrity PR, UAB, Šv. Ignoto str. 5, Vilnius; or by email at [email protected].

Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the Data Controller will respond and take the required actions or refuse to take such actions no later than one month from the date of the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by up to two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In such cases, the Data Controller will inform the Data Subject about the extension within one month of receiving the request, along with the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may refuse to allow Data Subjects to exercise the rights listed above, except for objections to the processing of personal data for direct marketing, where it is legally necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation, or detection of crimes or professional ethics violations, or to protect the rights and freedoms of the Data Subject, the Data Controller, or other individuals.
